Create a Flag User Field

1. Select Project Data > Codes in the Navigation Menu. The Manage Codes tab window displays. The bottom pane displays a list of the available user defined code structures, Boolean fields, and date fields.
2. Click New in the Ribbon Menu.
3. Enter a Name and Description.
4. Optional. If you are setting up a new global flag field projects can share, check the Global box.
5. Select Boolean from the Category dropdown. The new code structure is added to the list in the bottom pane.
6. Optional. Close the Manage Codes tab.
